NOTE

Please note that you should check the warranty policy before submitting a warranty claim. Follow these steps:

  1. Check the warranty policy of the monitor or TV.
  2. Contact the seller to confirm the warranty period.
  3. If you cannot contact the seller, you can send the information to AIWA to check the information- mail: rma@aiwa.vn. 
  4. Prepare the necessary documents for the warranty, including the purchase invoice, warranty card and other related documents.
  5. Bring the monitor to the warranty center of the manufacturer or retailer.
  6. The warranty staff will check the monitor and determine the cause of the damage.
  7. If the monitor is under warranty, the manufacturer or retailer will repair or replace the monitor free of charge.
  8. You will receive the monitor back after repair or replacement.
