Monitors Warranty Policy

 

AIWA screens are manufactured according to A+ standards. If the AIWA LCD screen fails during the warranty period, AIWA will repair or replace it free of charge.

Applicable products: LCD DISPLAY

 

I. Warranty conditions

  • AIWA LCD screens are officially distributed in Vietnam.
  • The product must be intact, without scratches, dents or damage due to impact.
  • The product must be used properly and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Warranty based on genuine product serial number.


II. Exclusions from the warranty
1. The product's serial number has been erased, tampered with, modified or removed. 
2. Damage, damage or defects due to the following causes: 
• Accidents due to carelessness, damage due to fire, water, lightning, or another objective natural disaster or misuse of AIWA instructions. 
• Self-repair or repair by a person not authorized by AIWA. 
• The damage of the product due to transportation. 
• Arbitrarily removing or installing any software on the product. 
• Causes external to the product, such as electrical fluctuations or damage due to physical impact. 
• Using supplies or spare parts that do not meet AIWA specifications. 
• Normal wear and tear due to use. 
• The screen has dead spots after use in A+ standard conditions
• Any reason not related to product defects.

III. Warranty procedure
 To request a warranty, please contact your nearest AIWA dealer or warranty center. Buyers need to provide the purchase invoice, LCD screen serial number and defect description of the products requiring warranty.


IV. Warranty period
      1. The standard warranty period of AIWA monitors is 3 years (36 months) from the date of sales invoice but not more than 42 months from the date of manufacture (whichever comes first).
      2. If the customer cannot provide documents including the purchase invoice and delivery note with the serial number of the product, or the product is older than 42 months from the date of manufacture, that product is considered a product. The warranty is expired and is not eligible for warranty.
WORKING TIME: From 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday every week (Except holidays and New Year).


General Terms: 

  1. AIWA reserves the right to refuse warranty if the product does not meet the warranty conditions.
  2. AIWA reserves the right to replace the LCD screen with an equivalent or new screen.
  3. AIWA is not responsible for any damage to defective products not caused by the manufacturer.

** AIWA product warranty policy is effective from September 1, 2023 until notice of change.
