Return Policy

1. Return conditions

Customers are required to check the condition of the goods and may return/exchange the goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt of goods in the following cases:

  • Goods are not the same type, model as the order placed or as on the website at the time of ordering.
  • Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.
  • The external condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, broken ...
  • Customers are responsible for submitting relevant documents to prove the above deficiency to complete the return/exchange of goods.

2. Regulations on the time of notification and sending returned products

  • Notification time for return: within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product for the case of the product missing accessories, gifts or broken.
  • Return product transfer time: within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Return product location: Customers can bring the goods directly to our office/store or send them by post.
