NOTE
Please note that you should check the warranty policy before submitting a warranty claim. Follow these steps:
- Check the warranty policy of the monitor or TV.
- Contact the seller to confirm the warranty period.
- If you cannot contact the seller, you can send the information to AIWA to check the information- mail: rma@aiwa.vn.
- Prepare the necessary documents for the warranty, including the purchase invoice, warranty card and other related documents.
- Bring the monitor to the warranty center of the manufacturer or retailer.
- The warranty staff will check the monitor and determine the cause of the damage.
- If the monitor is under warranty, the manufacturer or retailer will repair or replace the monitor free of charge.
- You will receive the monitor back after repair or replacement.
